Terms & Conditions

Booking Policy

• All of our guest rooms are smoke free. There will be a $400 cleaning charge for smoking inside guest rooms.
• Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
• All room rates are for single or double occupancy.
• Extra persons $20 each per night.
• There is a two(2) night minimum stay requirement at the hotel.
• Rates may be higher for weekends or holidays.
• Hotel check-in age is 21.
• You may book up to one year in advance, based on availability.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

• All deposits will be taken at the time of booking
• For stays 7 days or less, a $300 deposit is required.
• For stays longer than 7 days, a $500 deposit is required.
• Deposit will not exceed total amount of stay, minus taxes.
• All cancellations will be charged a $50 administration fee.
• A refund of the deposit, minus the $50 administration fee, will be applied if the cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival, or no shows, will result in loss of deposit.

Seasonal Discounts

• 10% Discount on Winter Rentals 28 Nights or more.
• 10% Discount on Summer Rentals 7 Nights or more.
• Discounts will be applied immediately for online reservations.

General Terms

• All rates plus 13% Florida Sales Tax.
• Maid service every day except Sundays and holidays.
• Guest laundry onsite for a nominal charge.
• Lost key charge is $25
• All rates and reservations are subject to change or cancellation without notice.
